Sue,
Praying you feel God’s loving arms wrapped around you as you go through this difficult time. Our thoughts are with you. God Bless
Doug, Susan and Debbie,
I have such wonderful memories of your dad. Never forget our New Years Eve Parties. We all looked so forward to that every year. My mom and dad thought the world of your family. Now they can all be together again.
Keeping you and your family in my prayers
I hardly knew Ernie, but he shared some wonderful stories with us down at Alverna Sitzes (my aunt)funeral. I found out about the Staten family, things I didn’t know. I’ll be sure to visit his grave when I make it down there for the rest of the family. May he rest in peace.
Sorry to hear about your loss. You and your family are in our prayers.
I think I will especially remember his laugh. Ernie had a laugh all his own. And in later years he played such an important role, keeping our family up to date on the latest happenings. I will miss him. Keeping you all in my prayers.
Doug, Sue, Deb, and family…..So sorry about the loss of your dad. As I mentioned to you, I will always remember the 16 years of rides home from school that he gave me. He always had a smile on his face and wondered how our day went. Prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
Doug, Sue, and Debbie—My sincerest thoughts are with you and your family at this time. He brings back the nice memories we had in Galien and at school. Your parents were both so supportive in school. In fact, I still remember when they put shag carpet in I believe Debbie’s room around 1975, they gave me the leftovers for my classroom at school. I used that carpet for my reading corner until I left Galien. I still have the Pringle’s Christmas candle your parents made for my class that Debbie was in. Always helping out others–what a great legend. Take care all of you.
Deb, I send my condolences. I wish there was more I could say. I send my sympathy.
