Larry “Steve” Truman, 69, of Galien, Michigan died Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Indiana University Health LaPorte Hospital. Steve was born February 11, 1945 in  Montgomery, West Virginia to Everett and Vera (Skaggs) Truman. He attended West Virginia State College after high school.
