William L. Ross, 79, of Three Oaks, Michigan died Sunday, July 20, 2014 at LaPorte Hospital. Bill was born May 14, 1935 in Shady Springs, West Virginia. He was a self made man who learned by doing. Bill drove truck for Cassens Transport, first in Belvedere Illinois and later in Detroit, Michigan. He married Judith Hagen – Johnson on December 29, 1974 in Rockford, Illinois. Mrs. Grosskopf was born October 13, 1926 in Lithuania to Adolph and Otillia (Anhalt) Meissner. She emigrated to the United States in 1960 and made her home in Union Pier, Michigan. Philip H. Geminder, 89, of Galien, Michigan died Wednesday morning, July 16, 2014. Phil was born May 19, 1925 to Otto Philip and Emma (Hall) Geminder at the family’s home in Galien Township.
